Will your computer work in the studio?
Use a current version of Chrome or Edge on a computer and everything works. Safari may work, from version 16.4 (spring 2023): the studio records an MP4 video file and checks the file it gets, so the self test's short recording decides. Firefox cannot record the MP4 video file the studio requires, so it cannot be used to record. It can still open the producer page.

What this computer reports about itself
These are the details the studio records when you join a session, so we can work out why a recording went wrong and set the same thing up here. Nothing on this page is sent or saved. Press Copy and paste the lines into an email to us if we ask for them.
Four more details are read only at the moment you join a session, because only then is a camera running: the camera name, the microphone name, the picture size the camera gives, and the video format your browser records. They are not on this page and this page cannot read them. The camera and the microphone names are the only details that name your room, and we clear those two after 30 days. The rest of the row is deleted 180 days after the session.
